Pro Electrical

Intro

Pro Electrical, an electrical services company, wanted a better way to turn interest into enquiries. So, we built a conversion-focused website and paired it with local SEO and automated follow-ups to help them capture, nurture, and convert leads long after the tradeshow ended.

A Website Built for Purpose

Pro Electrical came to me with a problem and an idea. They had an existing website on Wix, and with Phil (Owner) being a self-builder, this website just wasn't hitting the mark with their audience and wasn't getting as much traffic as it should have been. On top of a UX nightmare and a neglected SEO strategy, Pro Electrical were using a standalone Google Form to onboard their customers. However, with Phil and the team being mostly on the road, in the workshop or on-site installing, these forms were collecting dust before they could find 30 minutes to sit down and upload all of the answers from the form onto their system.

A Tailored Website That Pulls Its Weight

Rebuilding the Pro Electrical website had its challenges. With no formal design system, they still had a strong brand identity, with a rough colour palette, a variety of typefaces and brochures hot off the press, the website had to match the pre-existing aesthetics as much as possible. Service-specific landing pages, keyword-optimised content, and improved page speed all played a part in boosting visibility and clarity for users. We also focused on the customer journey, understanding what they are looking for and making it easy for visitors to find that information, submit an enquiry, and take action quickly. The website now works as a true digital storefront, attracting the right traffic and guiding prospects toward conversion, all while being easy for the team to manage in-house.

A CRM That Keeps the Wheels Turning

To solve the lead management bottleneck, we introduced a lightweight, custom-built CRM system with a native form to speed up their onboarding process. This system integrates directly with the new website. Now, every form submission is automatically captured, organised, and tagged by interest meaning no more lost enquiries or hours spent manually transferring data. Leads can be assigned statuses, sorted by job type, and followed up on with automated email sequences tailored to each service. This setup ensures timely, consistent communication without adding to the team’s workload. For a business constantly in motion, the CRM became a digital assistant that they could take on the road with them using the app. Keeping everything organised behind the scenes while they focused on delivering great work.
