With a focused Local SEO strategy and a clear service offering, Rinsed turned a brand-new website into a consistent source of weekly leads without lifting a finger on marketing.
2023
Rinsed had a broken website and disconnected domain when they first approached me. With a rough idea of what they wanted, a small budget for the project yet with a willingness to listen to advice. Seen as the budget was small and they only needed to target local customers, we reigned in the idea of a full website with service pages, case studies and all the extra niceties and built a lean, conversion focused sales and service page specifically for local users. Consisting of a main service-based website to showcase their full range of exterior maintenance services, and a secondary, conversion-focused landing page specifically for window cleaning, their primary revenue stream. By structuring the content around user intent and crafting persuasive messaging, we ensured both pages worked together to attract and convert local homeowners.
With no prior web presence, we had a blank slate to build a Local SEO strategy from the ground up. We focused keyword targeting on Towcester and Yardley Gobion. Ensuring the site would rank for high-intent, geo-specific searches. From page titles to metadata and on-page content, every element was optimised for location-based discoverability.
Within just a month of launching, the website began generating consistent leads. Now, over a year on, they are averaging one new enquiry every week without any paid ads, ongoing content, or additional marketing efforts and spend. For a small service-based business, that’s a significant return on investment. Rinsed can now focus on doing what they do best while their website quietly brings in new business around the clock.
