These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the OllieDesigns website, including our website project calculator and any information, content or services made available through it.

OllieDesigns is a trading name of Webtract Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. References to “OllieDesigns”, “we”, “us” or “our” throughout these terms refer to Webtract Ltd trading as OllieDesigns.

By using this website, you agree to these terms.

1. Website use

This website is provided to give information about OllieDesigns, our services, previous work and ways to work with us.

You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to interfere with its operation, gain unauthorised access to its systems, introduce malicious software, or use its content or functionality in a way that could damage OllieDesigns or another person.

2. Project calculator

Our project calculator provides an indicative estimate based on the information and requirements you select.

Calculator results are estimates only and do not constitute a quotation, proposal, offer or contractual commitment from OllieDesigns.

Estimated pricing may change following discussion and discovery where the actual scope, technical requirements, content, integrations, timeline or complexity of a project differs from the information provided through the calculator.

All prices shown are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

Our current minimum website project value may also apply regardless of the estimate generated.

3. Client pricing and markup

Where the calculator allows agencies, designers or other professionals to apply a markup to an estimated OllieDesigns project cost, any suggested client price, margin or potential profit is provided for illustrative purposes only.

You remain responsible for determining the price you charge your own client and for any taxes, costs, expenses or commercial arrangements associated with that relationship.

OllieDesigns does not guarantee that any suggested margin or profit will ultimately be achieved.

4. Project enquiries

Submitting an enquiry, completing the project calculator or booking a call does not create a client relationship or commit either party to proceeding with a project.

Projects will only commence once the applicable proposal or agreement has been accepted, any required deposit has been paid and OllieDesigns has confirmed the project.

Specific project terms, including scope, deliverables, payment terms, intellectual property, revisions, cancellation and timelines, will be set out in the agreement provided for that project. Where those project-specific terms conflict with these website terms, the project agreement will take precedence.

5. Availability and timelines

Any availability, turnaround time or indicative project timeline displayed or discussed before a project is confirmed is subject to change.

Project dates are only secured once the applicable agreement and deposit requirements have been completed and OllieDesigns has confirmed the booking.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the content and design of this website, including text, graphics, branding, layouts, animations and original visual assets, are owned by or licensed to OllieDesigns.

You may view and share links to our website for legitimate purposes, but you may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit our website content without prior written permission.

Client work displayed in our portfolio may contain intellectual property belonging to the relevant client, agency, collaborator or other rights holder.

7. Third-party services

Our website may use or link to third-party services, including services used for project enquiries, appointment booking, CRM, website hosting and other functionality.

We are not responsible for the availability, content or operation of third-party websites or services outside our reasonable control.
