Made With Syrup is a specialist creative and media agency working exclusively with food and drink brands. Working in close collaboration with their team, the project focused on refreshing their existing website to better communicate the quality of their work, strengthen their market positioning, and create a clearer narrative around how they help brands build buyers, believers, and advocates. Rather than creating a completely new visual identity, the redesign was delivered within Syrup's existing brand system and design framework. By working within their established colours, typography, and creative principles, the project enhanced key areas of the website while maintaining consistency with the agency's wider brand. The result was a more confident, content-driven platform designed to showcase work, communicate expertise, and support future growth.
The challenge was not creating a new design language, but improving how an already established agency presented itself online. While the existing website contained strong foundations, opportunities existed to strengthen storytelling, improve content hierarchy, and create a more cohesive user journey. Particular attention was given to how the agency's unique blend of creative and media services could be communicated more clearly, helping prospective clients better understand the value of their integrated approach.
A new content-first structure was developed around Syrup's Buyers, Believers, and Advocates framework, creating a clearer narrative throughout the website. Key pages including the homepage, work showcase, and about page were reimagined to improve messaging, strengthen social proof, and place greater emphasis on the agency's portfolio. The result was a more focused and strategic experience that better reflected the calibre of work being delivered by the agency.

Once the revised designs were approved, the website was rebuilt within Webflow using a component-based structure that aligned with Syrup's existing systems and internal workflows. A key objective was ensuring the platform remained easy to maintain while supporting future campaigns, case studies, and content updates. By building within the agency's established design ecosystem, the development process remained efficient while preserving consistency across the site.
The implementation included responsive optimisation across all devices, improved content management workflows, refined interactions, and a CMS-driven project showcase designed to better accommodate mixed media formats. Special attention was given to creating reusable components and scalable content structures, allowing the Syrup team to continue evolving the website without introducing unnecessary complexity or reliance on external support.
