Matt Barker's business had evolved beyond individual courses and standalone sales pages into a growing ecosystem of workshops, templates, books, coaching services, and community offerings. While the products themselves were successful, there was no central platform helping users understand how the different offers connected or where they should begin their journey. The project involved the design and development of a new Webflow website that brought Matt's entire product ecosystem together under a single experience. Built around his "Fast, Easy, Fun" methodology, the platform was designed to improve product discoverability, strengthen user journeys, and provide a scalable foundation for future products, content, and community growth.
The challenge was not simply designing a website, but organising an expanding collection of products into a clear and intuitive customer journey. Visitors needed to understand how courses, workshops, templates, coaching, and community offerings related to one another, while also quickly identifying the resources most relevant to their needs. Information architecture, offer hierarchy, and user flow became central considerations throughout the design process.
The website was structured around Matt's "Fast, Easy, Fun" philosophy, creating a framework that connected every product back to a single methodology. Through multiple rounds of creative exploration and refinement, the design evolved into a modern educational platform that balanced personality, credibility, and conversion. The result was a website that positioned the methodology as the hero while supporting the continued growth of Matt's personal brand and product ecosystem.

The website was developed in Webflow with scalability and flexibility at its core. Rather than building a collection of static marketing pages, the platform was structured to support future product launches, content expansion, and ongoing updates without requiring significant redevelopment. CMS-driven content structures allowed products and educational resources to be managed efficiently while maintaining consistency throughout the website.
The build included integrations with Kit for email marketing, Calendly for bookings, ThriveCart for product sales, Testimonial.to for social proof, and custom Lottie animations to enhance engagement throughout the experience. Responsive optimisation across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices ensured the platform delivered a consistent user experience regardless of how visitors discovered the brand.
One of the biggest challenges was creating a platform for a business that was actively expanding throughout the project. New offers, educational content, and community initiatives were continually being developed, meaning the website needed to accommodate future growth without becoming difficult to navigate or manage.
The solution was to create a flexible structure built around the underlying methodology rather than any individual product. By organising content around clear user journeys and scalable CMS systems, the website could evolve alongside the business while maintaining clarity for users. This approach ensured the platform remained useful not only at launch, but as a long-term foundation for future products, content, and audience growth.
