Working in collaboration with Paddle Creative, the project focused on designing the first redesigned page for NILES, an AI-powered leadership coaching platform developed by the NeuroLeadership Institute (NLI). While the wider NLI website is scheduled for a future redesign and migration to Webflow, the NILES page was selected as the starting point for establishing a new visual direction that could eventually influence the broader digital experience. Using NLI's existing brand foundations, product positioning, and strategic objectives, the project explored how AI, neuroscience, and enterprise credibility could be brought together within a modern web experience. Through multiple design iterations and stakeholder reviews, the final concept successfully balanced innovation and trust, creating a premium product experience designed to support demo bookings, product adoption, and future design system expansion.
The challenge was to create a website experience that felt distinctly different from the existing NeuroLeadership Institute platform while remaining connected to the parent brand. NILES is positioned as an AI-powered leadership coach, requiring a visual language that communicated innovation, intelligence, and modern technology without sacrificing the credibility expected by enterprise organisations. The design process explored how gradients, product visualisation, modern SaaS conventions, and human-centred storytelling could work together to create a more compelling product experience.
Working from a detailed brand playbook and strategic brief, three distinct creative directions were developed and presented to stakeholders. Each concept explored different levels of innovation, ranging from enterprise-friendly evolution through to more ambitious AI-led experiences. Following multiple rounds of refinement and client feedback, the final design established a scalable visual framework capable of supporting not only the NILES product page but also the future evolution of the wider NeuroLeadership Institute website. This transformed the project from a simple landing page design exercise into the foundation for a broader digital design system.
